Canoe Safaris
A canoe safari on Zambezi will change your perspective and you will encounter the wild from a different angle. Gliding in a canoe down mighty Zambezi on remote channels between the islands allows a silent approach to the animals and you will get very close to elephants, buffalo and other game.
We use canadian style canoes that are made of compressed fibreglass.We carry all our equipment with us on these explorer trips. For the night we set up camp on remote islands in the middle of the river which are designated sites by department of National parks for safety reasons. During the day we enjoy paddling, encountering game along the shoreline and having picnic and lunch in the shade of big trees on the banks of Mighty Zambezi.
Walking Safaris
Walking in Mana Pools is among the most impressive experiences. Being on foot in the African bush with a trained professional guide is a very special experience. Follow the tracks of game big and small and immense yourself in the African wilderness with all your senses.
We set up basic camp in Mana Pools National parks camping sites where Elephants often wander around camp to feed on the pods of the apple-ring acacia (Faidherbia albida)
